We offer an online mattress showroom that is completely free to the public. We don’t charge to try the beds. However, we do ask that once you make up your mind on which new mattress is best for you to use our links and coupons to ensure we receive a commission directly from the mattress brands.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit Our Sleep Guide?

When it comes to trying the WinkBeds Mattress in Austin or Houston no appointment is necessary. Simply come in during our open hours (found below) to try out several of the Winkbeds mattresses.

Is there parking at the showroom? 

Yes. When it comes to parking in busy citis we understand the struggle. Which is why we made sure to have our mattress stores are both located at a location with ample parking. No need to worry about finding parking, we have plenty.

Am I allowed to bring kids or pets along for sleep testing?

Kids are welcome with adult supervision. However, we do ask to leave your fur babies at home while testing out mattresses.

I am a wheelchair-bound person. Is the showroom accessible for me?

The Our Sleep Guide showroom is ADA compliant. Which simply put means we are wheelchair-friendly. If you have any special request or needs, please call ahead of time and we’d be happy to help.

Will I still get a full trial period if I test the mattress in-store?

In-home trials and home delivery will remain the same regardless of whether or not you try in store. All customers who shop online, or at any of the authorized dealer stores, will receive the full WinkBeds trial period, free delivery and returns as well as warranty.

Does Winkbeds offer free delivery services?

WinkBeds offers free ground delivery in the contiguous U.S. to deliver the bed-in-a-box at your doorsteps within 14 days.

Does the company offer white-glove delivery?

The company offers its premium “Room of Choice” delivery service to receive the bed in your room of choice. They will also unbox and place the mattress and assemble the new foundation. The service will, however, cost you an extra $130.

Will this company remove my old mattress?

Yes. If you opt for the white glove delivery service you can also select mattress removal services during the checkout. The delivery team will remove the mattress and donate it to a local charity. There is an additional cost that will be added during checkout.

What if I don’t like my WinkBed? Can I return it? 

WinkBeds offers 120 nights of free home-trial to test your new mattress for yourself. They do ask that you give the mattress a full 30 days trial period before starting this process. Then you can return the mattress with a hassle-free, 100% refund. If you exchange for a different firmness, you will then get an adjusted 60 nights trial period on your new mattress.

Can I pick up my mattress from the store instead of getting home delivery?
