I enjoyed this place a lot more than the Tempurpedic store. Thanks to Judy and Jennifer for talking with me about mattresses. I actually fell asleep on a mattress while I was there so that made my choice pretty easy but still loved talking to the staff. Here are some reasons I’d go here1. No price tags on the beds. Just find something that looks comfy and try it. Worry about the prices after you pick your top 3-5 mattresses. That said I get the impression these are mid-high tier mattresses mostly: $2-3k2. They have more than one brand so you can try a bit of variety.3. Beds are generally medium to soft. Great for side sleeper shoppers4. Clients appeared to be mostly younger. You’ll fit right in as a young couple shopping for a mattress.5. Local company. In this case I see no benefit to going to a big chain instead of this store.6. I think they pick beds they like. It’s not just full of Casper or purple mattresses. It’s not pay to win.

Amazing experience. Just purchased two Helix mattresses and a base. Niko is an honest and straightforward salesman. Customer service overall was outstanding. We were almost positive that we would be purchasing a bundle from Mattress Firm, but the quality of products here far exceeds anything we’ve seen at their competitors. So thankful to have discovered Our Sleep Guide while on the hunt for a new mattress! I am from out of state and was having trouble finding a local showroom that carried Helix mattresses. OSG not only carries Helix, but offers several other online brands that you can test out. A+++ for customer service, Niko and Chase were very helpful and answered all my questions (10+ emails!) while I was debating on my purchase. Huge shoutout to them for their patience and quick, thorough responses. Regarding the mattress, I'm about 1 month into ownership so far and I'm very happy with my decision to go with the Helix Midnight. I walked in unsure of exactly what to get but I heard about the Dreamcloud. Chase was super helpful and answered all of my questions! He didn’t try to oversell me on anything, I felt like I was trying to buy more than I needed and he wasn’t hovering over me and let me know if something was needed or not. I ended up getting the Helix Luxe Midnight with the adjustable base and a bunch of other things for a great price. They even have an option for delivery and set up!

Highly recommended that you visit the Our Sleep Guide store before purchasing a mattress from any online retailer. Here's why:I began my mattress search online, reading internet guides and reviewing top-ten lists. My wife and I were impressed by the online reviews of the Helix Elite mattress line but wanted to try out the different firmness options (soft, medium, firm) and potentially explore other brands.The Our Sleep Guide (OSG) showroom in Austin carries most online brands and all Helix models. After we selected our mattress, showroom manager Jennifer guided us through our purchase options and available discounts. By choosing to buy through OSG instead of the Helix online shopping cart, we saved approximately $800 on the bed and base. This saving was in addition to the Helix Black Friday promotion discount offered online. Very helpful.Our time at OSG was well worth it. Love this place! Caters specifically to people who want to try out online beds. Jennifer was amazing at helping us find our dream bed. We came back to the store about 5 times and each time she was amazing at helping answer our many questions. She also was able to get a better discount than we could find on our own online. She was also really funny and great to work with each visit. Excellent service!They carry Helix, Avocado, Nest, Dreamcloud, Plank, Nectar, Brooklyn Breeding, Bear, Leesa, and our favorite, Winkbed! We went with the Winkbed Plus!Also they don't work on commission so they won't hover over you like the reps at Mattress Firm or Factory Mattress do. Still very helpful though but not on top of you!Highly recommend!

Loved the selection of online mattress I found the one I wanted online but wanted to be able to experience it in person. Most mattress companies only sell certain brands. This store all of the most highly rated ones o that can only be accessed online. If you look up these brands you will see they make the top rated lists. They even have organic one like Avocado.

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and I’m so happy we decided to check out Our Sleep Guide! Tia and Jennifer were super knowledgeable, friendly, and able to steer us in the right direction. We had a ton of questions that they were able to answer and we were able to try out several mattresses that we otherwise would not have been able to try without purchasing and hoping for the best.We purchased a king sized Helix Midnight Luxe mattress and adjustable base over Labor Day weekend and saved well over $1000 from the sticker price. I really wanted to test mattresses in person and found that Our Sleep Guide had a local showroom. The showroom was cool and clean. Chase was accomodating and friendly. He was really patience with us choosing the right mattress.His recommendations was easy to understand and not pushy at all. We would highly recommend anyone to come try and purchase.

I walked into this fantastic store and was immediately greeted by two nice gentlemen, Niko and Chase. I'm the type of person who takes a long time to make decisions, and Niko showed utmost professionalism, explaining everything perfectly. I ended up getting a Helix Moonlight mattress. Niko not only helped me find one that fit my budget but also helped me get my perfect dream mattress. Chase also assisted with his personal bedding experience. This store is just beyond wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

We experienced tornado damage in Cypress recently. With a long list of “to do” items I was overwhelmed by shopping for mattresses. Then I ran across Our Sleep Guide online and discovered they had a warehouse off Hwy 290. I don’t know which was best a room full of various mattresses to try or our salesperson Niko Blair. We had a great experience and Niko was super. Go visit him if you’re considering a new mattress.
