Niko was phenomenal. We are moving and wanted a new bed, after 4-5 different mattress stores we decided on doing business with Niko and Our Sleep Guide in Houston. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy in any way, and answered all of our questions on the many different mattresses that we tried. If you're like us and have done your research online about brands like Helix and Wink then definitely give Niko a call and try them out in person and take in all the knowledge he has about them all. This was the best experience in our search for a bed and we could not be happier with Niko and Our Sleep Guide!

Amazing experience. Just purchased two Helix mattresses and a base. Niko is an honest and straightforward salesman. Customer service overall was outstanding. We were almost positive that we would be purchasing a bundle from Mattress Firm, but the quality of products here far exceeds anything we’ve seen at their competitors. Before purchasing anything from an online mattress store, I’d definitely check them out here with Niko first.

I usually don't leave many reviews but I had to the Our Sleep Guide Houston Showroom because it truly was an amazing experience. Niko and Chase were incredibly helpful and kind, making sure I had all the information I needed to choose the right mattress. What I loved most was being able to test out different online mattresses in person and make sure it was a good fit. The entire process was just very smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new mattress!

So thankful to have discovered Our Sleep Guide while on the hunt for a new mattress! I am from out of state and was having trouble finding a local showroom that carried Helix mattresses. OSG not only carries Helix, but offers several other online brands that you can test out. A+++ for customer service, Niko and Chase were very helpful and answered all my questions (10+ emails!) while I was debating on my purchase. Huge shoutout to them for their patience and quick, thorough responses. Regarding the mattress, I'm about 1 month into ownership so far and I'm very happy with my decision to go with the Helix Midnight. I definitely recommend OSG to anyone struggling to buy a mattress... don't get overwhelmed reading through thousands of online reviews like I did - just make a visit to Our Sleep Guide!

I walked in unsure of exactly what to get but I heard about the Dreamcloud. Chase was super helpful and answered all of my questions! He didn’t try to oversell me on anything, I felt like I was trying to buy more than I needed and he wasn’t hovering over me and let me know if something was needed or not. I ended up getting the Helix Luxe Midnight with the adjustable base and a bunch of other things for a great price. They even have an option for delivery and set up!

This place is such a lifesaver when it comes to purchasing a mattress from online brands! It’s so nice to be able to test out mattresses from brands such as Avocado, Helix, Noola, etc. before ordering. Thank you to Niko and Chase for answering all of the questions my wife and I had! Highly recommended that you visit the Our Sleep Guide store before purchasing a mattress from any online retailer. Here's why:I began my mattress search online, reading internet guides and reviewing top-ten lists. My wife and I were impressed by the online reviews of the Helix Elite mattress line but wanted to try out the different firmness options (soft, medium, firm) and potentially explore other brands.The Our Sleep Guide (OSG) showroom in Austin carries most online brands and all Helix models. After we selected our mattress, showroom manager Jennifer guided us through our purchase options and available discounts. By choosing to buy through OSG instead of the Helix online shopping cart, we saved approximately $800 on the bed and base. This saving was in addition to the Helix Black Friday promotion discount offered online. Very helpful.Our time at OSG was well worth it. This small business team saved us a significant amount of money. Thank you OSG!!!

Love this place! Caters specifically to people who want to try out online beds. Jennifer was amazing at helping us find our dream bed. We came back to the store about 5 times and each time she was amazing at helping answer our many questions. She also was able to get a better discount than we could find on our own online. She was also really funny and great to work with each visit. Excellent service!They carry Helix, Avocado, Nest, Dreamcloud, Plank, Nectar, Brooklyn Breeding, Bear, Leesa, and our favorite, Winkbed! We went with the Winkbed Plus!Also they don't work on commission so they won't hover over you like the reps at Mattress Firm or Factory Mattress do. Still very helpful though but not on top of you!Highly recommend!

We are so happy that we discovered this store while on the hunt for a new mattress. They offer a large inventory with competitive prices. I loved that we were able to try all of the most common online brands in store and that there was no pressure to make a purchase. This is the fantastic store to try and shop for a variety of mattresses and adjustable bases. You won’t find anywhere else that has so many popular brands and models all in one place. Besides, the sales manager Niko is such a knowledgeable and customer oriented professional. He is very friendly, efficient and quick responding both at the store and via phone or email. Loved the selection of online mattress I found the one I wanted online but wanted to be able to experience it in person. Most mattress companies only sell certain brands. This store all of the most highly rated ones o that can only be accessed online. If you look up these brands you will see they make the top rated lists. They even have organic one like Avocado.

This is the BEST place to shop for a new mattress. They have tons of top online brands you can try in store rather than taking a chance online! We got our mattress here in 2021 and came back in 2024 for our guest room. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and I’m so happy we decided to check out Our Sleep Guide! Tia and Jennifer were super knowledgeable, friendly, and able to steer us in the right direction. We had a ton of questions that they were able to answer and we were able to try out several mattresses that we otherwise would not have been able to try without purchasing and hoping for the best.We purchased a king sized Helix Midnight Luxe mattress and adjustable base over Labor Day weekend and saved well over $1000 from the sticker price. We were also moving soon and worried they wouldn’t ship in time, but Our Sleep Guide had both items in stock and we were able to load them up and take them home same day!We would absolutely recommend Our Sleep Guide and plan to be a return customer down the line. We finally realized our mattress was nearing the end of its lifespan and it was time for something new. Despite doing our research, I was overwhelmed by the amount of online mattress stores/options. I really wanted to test mattresses in person and found that Our Sleep Guide had a local showroom. Jennifer was super helpful as we tested out various mattresses and she encouraged us to take our time. I felt really good about our decision because it was based on both our research and personal preferences. We ended up getting a better deal through Our Sleep Guide than going directly to the manufacturer’s website. Great experience and would recommend to anyone in the market for a new mattress.

Niko was absolutely amazing during our visit to the store! He was incredibly attentive and gave us all the time and space we needed to explore the fantastic range of brands, including Tempur-Pedic, Dreamcloud, Saatva, Helix Luxe, and Helix Elite, among others. If you’re tired of those mushy, heat-retaining foam beds out there, you’ll be thrilled with their options here. Plus, they were able to provide this fantastic perk—holding onto the mattress and base until the move-in date before shipping it for free to my future NYC apartment! This store and Niko’s exceptional service truly made our shopping experience outstanding.

This was the only place we found where we could fully test some of the online mattresses we were interested in. Niko was extremely helpful and friendly when we came in not knowing much about mattresses. We didn't feel pressured even though we took a long time trying all the mattresses and weren't ready to make a decision that day. We ended up calling back to buy one a couple weeks later.

We experienced tornado damage in Cypress recently. With a long list of “to do” items I was overwhelmed by shopping for mattresses. Then I ran across Our Sleep Guide online and discovered they had a warehouse off Hwy 290. I don’t know which was best a room full of various mattresses to try or our salesperson Niko Blair. We had a great experience and Niko was super. Go visit him if you’re considering a new mattress.
