Buffy Cloud Comforter – Materials:

When Buffy set out to design their Cloud Comforter, they knew they wanted to use eco-friendly materials that sleep cool and comfortably. From the materials they use to their breathable fluffy feel, the Cloud comforter is aptly named.

The first step Buffy took in order to ensure their comforter was eco-friendly is that they decided to use a poly-like fluffy fill created out of purely recycled plastic bottles that otherwise would have ended up in the landfill. Each Cloud Comforter recycles around 50 plastic bottles to make the filling. It is a soft fluffy filling that stay fluffier than other fillings like cotton, wool, or down.

Next up is their comforter shell. The material used to make their cover is made out of 100% Eucalyptus Fibers. This material is not only silky soft and breathable, it is also naturally antimicrobial and keeps away dust mites. This fabric has a true 300TC that is single-ply. (As you may know, double ply can lead to “creative counting” for TC) The eucalyptus fibers used to create their cover/shell is certified by Oeko-Tex.

Buffy Cloud Comforter – Care:

While the Buffy Cloud Comforter technically could go in the washer/dryer in your home, they do not suggest washing this way. Buffy’s suggested care instruction say to dry-clean for best results. A new addition to the Buffy family and care routine is to use their new Eucalyptus Covers.

We also highly suggest using a cover for the Cloud Comforter. While you could use the Cloud Comforter as is, having that extra layer between you and your comforter that is machine washable really makes daily use and washing so much easier.

The Cloud Comforter by Buffy now have loops on each corner in order to make it easier to keep your Cloud from wandering inside its cover.
