The TempurCloud Pillow is a uniquely soft pillow with a simple design. The internal core of the pillow is made out of an extra soft Tempur Material foam. It compresses down very easily. So easily in fact, that they recommend rolling it up and using it is a pillow you can travel with. When fully aired out this is a rather lofty 5″ high off of the bed. However, the soft foam compresses down to a mid loft height in use.

The cover of this pillow is made out of a very silky smooth polyester. It has a quilted pattern which we think gives the cover a nice aesthetic appeal. The cover also features a side zipper that can be used to completely remove the external cover. This makes it very easy for quick and easy machine washing. (Only the cover is machine washable. Is The Original Tempur-Cloud Pillow Comfortable?

The Original Tempur-Cloud Pillow is extra soft. It is very much a pillowy cloud like feel. If you really want louds of plush conforming pliable memory foam, then this is your pillow!

While it is a lofty 5 inches thick, this pillow compresses very easily. Which means it is not going to stay at that loft height as you sleep on it. Making this more of a medium to low loft as you are resting on the pillow. For this reason, this pillow is going to be a better fit for back sleepers and stomach sleepers. While side sleepers will likely want to look at a different option with more support for a higher loft that will better support their neck and shoulders.

This pillow is made out of a high quality memory foam which means it won’t get as warm as other lower quality foams tend to. However, it is still warmer than some of the other TempurPedic pillow that feature cooling gel and other materials to keep you cool. A great pillow for anyone looking for a very soft pliable memory foam feel.

Care Instructions:

The cover of the Cloud Pillow from TempurPedic is completely removeable and machine washable. We love how easy this makes keeping your pillow clean. If something spills and gets onto your pillow through your pillow case, then you can simply remove the cover and wash. Although you should avoid getting the internal foam wet. If something does get on the internal foam, gently spot clean as needed with a slightly damp cloth.

To wash the cover of your pillow they recommend washing on a cold gentle cycle. To dry the suggest air drying whenever possible. However, you can tumble dry on a cool temperature if you prefer this method. Just be sure to avoid any heat as it could damage it. As long as you avoid chlorine and heat, this cover is very simple to wash.

This pillow is going to be for a very specific buyer. We would recommend this pillow to someone who wants to really melt into their pillow. Someone who loves extra soft memory foam feel that really allows their head and neck to comfortably sink into the pillow instead of sit on top of it.
