Materials:

bamboo sheets from eli and elmThe Eli and Elm Wharf Sheets are not your standard cotton sheets. They are in fact not made of cotton at all. The Wharf Sheets from Eli & Elm are made out of 100% viscose. This material is made out of bamboo that is processed into threads that is then turned into the viscose fabric found here in these sheets. While the thread count on these sheets is a respectable single-ply 300TC, they are even softer than 1000TC of cotton sheets. This is because of how silky smooth the viscose threads are. The bamboo allows for these sheets to be breathable, cool, and silky smooth.

Another reason to love bamboo viscose is that it is an eco-friendly option. Bamboo is incredibly hardy and fast growing with rather minimal water in comparison to other plants used for creating bedding. The processing to turn it into viscose is also relatively minimal. We love that not only does bamboo viscose perform well for bedding, but that it is also an eco-friendly choice.

Are the Eli and Elm Wharf Sheets Comfortable?

eli&elm wharf sheets reviewComfort is obviously goal number one when it comes to bedding products. Eli & Elm hit the nail on the head with these sheets. The Wharf Sheets are silky smooth, cool, and breathable. If you tend to heat up when you sleep, then having a cool and breathable sheet set like this one is a life saver.

Bamboo viscose is also a great material for allergy sufferers as it is a hypoallergenic material. Overall we found that this is a great sheet set that is comfortable for most sleepers. If you are looking for heavy warm sheets, then these won’t be the set for you. However, most sleepers prefer cool lightweight sheets like the Wharf Sheets.

Eli and Elm Wharf Sheets – Value:

eli and elm wharf sheets reviewWhen evaluating the value of a product we are reviewing, we always try to compare the overall quality and comfort of a product compared to its given price point. There is a wide price range when it comes to sheets, and there are a lot of sheet sets you could purchase for a lower price. However, they often are lower quality and because of that they do not last as long. The Eli & Elm Wharf Sheets are a great deal for the quality of sheets that are going to retain their comfort and durability for a long time.

Another benefit you get from shopping with Eli and Elm is that you get a 45 trial period. This allows your to really test drive your sheets and have a chance to return them if they are not the right fit for you. Be sure to click the buy button below for the very latest on pricing and promotions.

Care Instructions:

are the bamboo sheets from Eli and elm worth it?Eli and Elm recommends washing their Wharf sheets on a cold water setting separately from other items. Be sure to avoid any products containing bleach, or fabric softener as these could potentially damage your sheets.

To dry, simple tumble dry on a low heat setting. To avoid wrinkling, promptly remove your bedding from the dryer and put back on the bed.

If you find that you would like to iron your sheets, you can do that. Just be sure to use the lowest setting possible in order to prevent damage.

Eli and Elm Wharf Sheets – Final Thoughts:

The Eli and Elm Wharf Sheets are going to be a great fit for anyone looking to stay cool and comfortable as they sleep. They are hypoallergenic which is great news for all those who suffer with allergies. The thread count on the Eli & Elm Wharf Sheets is 300TC single-ply, which on it’s own is rather impressive. However, because these sheets are made from a bamboo fabric, they are silkier than cotton. Making these sheets feel more like 1,000TC. Overall, we love how the Wharf Sheets feel and perform and we think you will too.
